The same is true if Pickball is to catch on in China, according to Danze, founder of PICKBOOM, the first pickball club in southwest China.

Danzer told Kryptonite: "A sport that young people like, in addition to its own fun, there are only three things: social attributes, fashion attributes and the lifestyle behind it, people are willing to spend their precious time and money."

Although this was the most controversial topic in the early days of Frisbee and bunting, who wants to pay to play a sport that has no meaning or extention?

In Danzer's view, the social nature of pickleball is different from that of Frisbee, and at most, a doubles game with only eight people, which is destined to provide a more accurate and deeper social range.

"As far as I know, many friends who play Frisbee will encounter the situation of not getting together, Pickleball you and your teammates say to play after work; and generally speaking, if you find a suitable ball friend or partner, you will establish a deep connection and tacit understanding with each other after playing some of your own representative battles, which is also a rare point."

At the same time, with the accelerated pace of life and work, many people do not have enough energy and time to save a 15-20 people, that for them, pickleball can meet the needs of exercise, but also accurate social interaction, can be said to be a very good choice.

In March this year, Danze led his team to "parachute" a pickleball flash flash in front of the landmark giant panda in Chengdu's IFS business district. Several members with fluorescent yellow rackets played pickleball in the place with the largest flow of local people. The novel sports items and trendy venue Settings also attracted many passers-by and office workers to stop and watch.

The trend nature of Pickleball is definitely not only reflected in offline activities, but also generates the opportunity to interact with many other trend brands. According to Danzer, his club has partnered with Salomon, the recently popular outdoor trend brand, and is one of the brand's 21 sports-themed clubs across the country.

Working with independent artists to create a pickleball park and co-branding with fashion brands at the product level are also within the scope of a pickleball club and will add to the trend nature of the sport.
