Classic backgammon game is one of the oldest board games, dating back to 3000 BC. This is a game of luck and strategy, popular all over the world. This game is easy to learn and fun to play. This is why it has withstood the test of time.

Equipment

This game is played by two players each, and there are 15 chess pieces of different colors. Each player also has his own dice and dice cup.

Use the multiplying cube with the numbers 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 to track the bet of the round.

The chessboard consists of 24 long triangles called points. The triangles alternate in color and are divided into four quadrants, each with six triangles. The four quadrant decibels are the home plate and outer plate of the player and the opponent. The mother board and the outer board are separated by a separator (called a crossbar) in the middle. The starting position of the clip is shown below.

These points are numbered from 24 on the opponent's home plate, and numbered from 1 on the player's own motherboard. The purpose of the game is to move all of your chess pieces to the home plate, and then remove them completely from the board (cut off).

There are many variations of backgammon, the most common ones are custom unfolding chess backgammon, wooden backgammon set, folding portable leather travel backgammon and 17-inch premium classic backgammon game.

There are many ways to play backgammon.

Gameplay

Regardless of the classic classic backgammon set or the personalised backgammon set, the common gameplay is as follows:

Each player rolls a dice when playing the backgammon board game. The player with the higher number first moves using the two rolled numbers. If two players roll the same number, the dice will be rolled again until they roll a different number. Then, the players take turns to roll two dice at the beginning of each round. The dice must always roll together and lie flat on the right side of the game board. If it falls outside or on the chessboard, the dice must be rolled again.

1. Moving

The dice roll determines how many points the player should move his backgammon board. The checkerboard always moves forward along a horseshoe-shaped path to the player's home plate.

A point that is not occupied by two or more opposing pieces is an open point. When moving the checkerboard, it may only fall on the open point.

Two dice constitute two independent moves. The player can also choose to move the same piece twice, as long as the piece moves to an open point each time.

2. Hitting

The open point that contains an opposing square is a blot. When moving a chess piece onto the blot, hit the blot, and then place another pair of chess pieces that have been hit on the strip.

3. Bearing Off

When all players' checkers are on their home plate, the process of removing them can begin. This is achieved by scrolling a number corresponding to a point, which has a checker.

4. Doubling

A doubled cube is used at any time in the game to increase the bet. This kind of gameplay is very exciting.

Now, the popular game styles mainly include magnetic backgammon set and competitive backgammon set.
